AITRADE24.COM — SCAM BROKER REVIEW

“If a broker hides its license, it will hide your money next.”

Introduction

AITRADE24 presents itself as an advanced AI-powered trading platform offering Forex, indices, commodities, crypto, ETF contracts and fully automated investment accounts. At first glance, the website looks polished and technologically modern. But behind the glossy interface hides a typical multi-layer brokerage scam: stolen brand identity, fake regulation, cloned marketing materials, anonymous ownership, withdrawal blockage, and official regulatory warnings.

This investigation explains why AITRADE24 is a high-risk fraudulent platform, why investors lose money here, and how the project fits a familiar pattern used by dozens of similar offshore schemes.

Why AITRADE24 Is a Dangerous Scam

1. Official CONSOB Warning (Strongest Red Flag)

The Italian financial regulator CONSOB issued an official resolution against AITRADE24, declaring the platform unauthorized and warning that Italian investors have already reported losses.

This is not speculation.
This is a state-level confirmation of illicit activity.

The warning explicitly names aitrade24.com and webtrader.aitrade24.com as unlicensed investment services.

No legitimate broker in the world operates under a CONSOB ban.

2. Stolen Identity of a Real Licensed Company

AITRADE24 claims to operate under the license of the South African company ALTCOIN TRADER (PTY) LTD.

This is a lie.

  • The real AltCoinTrader is a crypto exchange with its own official website: altcointrader.co.za.
  • It does not provide CFD trading, leveraged trading or AI-based managed accounts.
  • It has no connection to AITRADE24.

This is a typical credential-theft scheme, where scammers borrow a licensed firm’s name to seem “regulated.”

When a broker uses someone else’s license — it means they have none.

3. No Regulatory License Anywhere

AITRADE24 offers:

  • Forex
  • Crypto
  • Indices
  • Commodities
  • CFD contracts
  • “AI-managed” portfolios
  • Leverage up to 1:2000

Any platform offering these services must be licensed by:

  • CySEC (Cyprus)
  • FCA (UK)
  • ASIC (Australia)
  • NFA/CFTC (USA)
  • FSCA (South Africa)

We checked every regulator.

Result: zero matches.

No company named AITRADE24, AIT24, AIT, or any variation holds any investment license.

No registration number, no regulatory approval, no passporting rights.

This platform is operating illegally worldwide.

4. Domain Age and Ownership Prove It’s a Fly-By-Night Operation

WHOIS data:

  • Registrar: Realtime Register B.V.
  • Owner: hidden behind privacy shield

A real broker serving “global markets” does not:

  • launch a brand-new domain,
  • hide its ownership,
  • provide no company registration number,
  • fail to disclose a physical office.

AITRADE24 has zero transparency, zero legal presence — only marketing slogans.

5. Fake International Phone Numbers and Disposable Emails

On the website AITRADE24 lists phone numbers for six countries (France, Cyprus, Belgium, South Africa, Italy, Australia).

Reverse checks show:

  • multiple numbers do not belong to any registered business,
  • numbers are VoIP or forwards,
  • several are used on other confirmed scam sites.

Emails like:

show the typical pattern: mailbox exists only to send scripted messages, not to provide support.

Victims report:

  • no replies after deposit,
  • “analysts” communicating only via WhatsApp,
  • pressure to upgrade accounts.

6. Trading Conditions Designed to Drain Deposits

AITRADE24 offers:

  • leverage 1:900 – 1:2000 (illegal in EU, UK, AU)
  • floating/variable spreads with no transparency
  • “insured trades” (a fake feature scammers love)
  • “AI daily analysis” and “AI general support”
  • personal managers pushing for larger deposits
  • withdrawal limitations disguised as “risk protocols”

All of this matches the standard high-pressure scam template, slightly dressed in “AI” buzzwords.

No real broker offers insured trades or leverage above 1:30 in regulated markets.

7. AI-Trading Claims With Zero Evidence

AITRADE24 markets itself with heavy emphasis on “AI risk mitigation,” “AI decision engines,” and “AI halal trading tools.”

But there is:

  • no description of models used,
  • no technical documentation,
  • no backtesting results,
  • no performance reports,
  • no team names,
  • no publications or patents,
  • no infrastructure details.

This is purely advertising language, not real fintech.

Scam brokers use “AI trading” the same way HYIP schemes use “quantum bots” — to justify unrealistic returns and high leverage.

8. Withdrawal Complaints and Fake “Compliance Fees”

Reports from victims include:

  • withdrawals blocked for “AML review,”
  • demands to pay a “release fee,”
  • extra “taxes” required before fund release,
  • accounts frozen after requesting a withdrawal,
  • managers disappearing after deposits.

This behavior is 100% consistent with offshore brokerage fraud.

A legitimate broker NEVER asks for additional fees to withdraw your own funds.
