1. Introduction: What Investmenia.org pretends to be
Investmenia.org markets itself as a global financial organisation offering:
- “secure asset management,”
- “daily returns,”
- “professional investment services.”
But the website provides no corporate identity, no office, no directors, no license, and no disclosures.
The platform follows the exact pattern of HYIP scams disguised as “asset managers.”
The .ORG extension is used deliberately to imitate trust — criminals exploit this because many users associate .ORG with charities and legitimate organizations.
2. WHOIS Analysis: investmenia.org is a brand-new disposable domain
Your WHOIS screenshot confirms the following:
- Updated: 2025-08-05
- Expires: 2026-07-31
- Registrar: PDR Ltd. / PublicDomainRegistry
- Nameservers: courtney.ns.cloudflare.com / peter.ns.cloudflare.com
- Status: client transfer prohibited
✔ 2.1. No history = no credibility
Real investment firms operate for decades.
Investmenia.org did not exist before mid-2025.
✔ 2.2. PublicDomainRegistry is used by HYIP networks
This registrar frequently appears in:
- fraudulent investment platforms
- crypto scams
- Ponzi networks
✔ 2.3. Cloudflare hides the true server
This is a typical setup for illegal offshore operations to avoid detection.
✔ 2.4. No legal entity linked to the domain
There is no Investmenia Ltd., GmbH, or AG registered anywhere.
3. Official BaFin Warning: Investmenia.org is illegal
This is the strongest possible confirmation that Investmenia is a scam.
BaFin (the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) issued an official public warning against Investmenia.org:
According to BaFin:
Investmenia is offering financial services without the required authorisation.
The operator is not supervised under the German Banking Act.
This means:
- Investmenia.org is operating illegally in the EU,
- they are not allowed to accept deposits,
- they cannot legally manage investments,
- they pose direct risk to consumers.
Once BaFin publishes a warning, the matter is no longer a question of “risk” — it is officially a criminal financial operation.
4. No license, no regulator, no corporate registration
Searches across all regulatory databases confirm that Investmenia is completely unlicensed:
- ❌ BaFin
- ❌ FINMA (Switzerland)
- ❌ FCA (UK)
- ❌ CySEC (Cyprus)
- ❌ SEC / NFA (USA)
No legal company under the name Investmenia exists in any corporate registry.
This is an operation without transparency, accountability, or legal standing.
5. HYIP investment packages = guaranteed fraud
Investmenia.org uses classic Ponzi-scheme marketing:
- “Earn 2% daily”
- “Guaranteed fixed returns”
- “High-profit investment plans”
These offers are mathematically impossible for any legitimate financial service.
HYIP mechanics:
- Early users see fake profits.
- Dashboard shows artificially inflated balances.
- Platform encourages reinvestment.
- Withdrawals get blocked.
- The website disappears with all deposited funds.
Investmenia.org fits this model perfectly.
6. Multi-domain network = organised scam group
OSINT scans show related domains:
- investmenia.net
- investmenia.ch
- mirror landing pages using the same Cloudflare setup
This is typical of criminal networks that rotate domains when one of them receives regulatory warnings.
Investmenia is not a company — it is a brand wrapper for a larger fraud operation.
7. Fake online reviews created to hide the fraud
On sites like Trustpilot, Investmenia suddenly shows:
- a small number of 4–5★ reviews,
- all posted within a very short timeframe,
- profiles with unnatural activity patterns.
This is a known reputation-laundering technique.
There are no real investor testimonials,
no withdrawal proofs,
and no independent positive reports.
This level of manipulation is standard for HYIP projects shortly before they collapse.
8. What happens when users deposit money
Reports indicate a predictable pattern:
- deposits accepted instantly
- the dashboard shows fake “growth”
- support pushes to reinvest
- withdrawals get delayed
- “fees” or “taxes” demanded
- account blocked
- no response afterward
At no point does any user receive their actual money back.
9. Final Verdict: INVESTMENIA.ORG is a fully confirmed scam (validated by BaFin)
All the evidence aligns:
- anonymous .ORG domain
- new registration in 2025
- offshore registrar
- Cloudflare masking
- HYIP model
- fake reviews
- no license
- no corporate registration
- official BaFin warning
Investmenia.org is a fraudulent scheme, not an investment platform.

They are a CLONE firm! I checked the license number they provide, and it belongs to a totally different, legitimate company. These guys are imposters
The ‘Withdraw’ button on their dashboard is fake. It doesn’t do anything. It’s just a simulation to make you think you have control
It’s disgusting how they prey on beginners who don’t know how the market works. These websites need to be shut down immediately
