1. What SRO-CAPITAL.COM actually is

Sro-capital.com is not a broker, not a trading platform, not an educational institution, and certainly not an “international financial group.”

It is:

  • a clone-firm scam,
  • a fake European broker,
  • a replica of FxPro and FX Capital s.r.o.,
  • operating via call-center fraud scripts designed to extract deposits.

Everything on the site — contacts, offices, logos, addresses — is fabricated.

2. WHOIS check: sro-capital.com is an extremely fresh domain (less than a month old)

👉 WHOIS: https://www.whois.com/whois/sro-capital.com

Facts:

  • Registered On: 2025-10-16
  • Updated On: 2025-10-16
  • Registrar: NameSilo (common among scam networks)
  • Nameservers: Cloudflare → owner identity masked
  • No corporate owner listed
  • No trading history in WebArchive

A real broker does not appear overnight on a brand-new domain.

A scam does.

3. Identity theft: FX Capital s.r.o. is a real Slovak company — but NOT the owner of SRO-CAPITAL.COM

On the site you saw:

📍 Staré Grunty 12, Bratislava, 811 02, Slovakia

This address indeed belongs to FX Capital s.r.o.
But:

✔ FX Capital s.r.o. is not a forex broker
✔ It does not operate internationally
✔ It does not handle investments
✔ It does not own the domain sro-capital.com

The scammers:

  • copied the name,
  • copied the address,
  • copied the style,
  • added fake phone numbers,
  • and presented themselves as a European financial group.

This is a classic Clone Firm Scam, openly tracked by EU regulators as a high-risk fraud model.

4. Theft of the FxPro brand — blatant fraud

FxPro Global Markets Ltd
📞 +7 242 603 2222

This is not an FxPro number.
This is not their office.
FxPro has zero connection to sro-capital.com.

The scammers intentionally borrow the FxPro brand to:

  • gain instant trust,
  • attract Russian-speaking traders,
  • imitate global legitimacy,
  • mislead victims via brand confusion.

Any site pretending to be FxPro without being listed in FCA records is committing fraud.

5. Fake “international offices”: Monaco, Moscow, UAE

The contact page claims to have offices in:

  • Slovakia
  • Monaco
  • Moscow
  • UAE

None of these offices exist.

All the phone numbers:

  • +44 (745) 126 0942
  • +44 (0) 203 151 5550
  • +971 (0) 4 4243023

are virtual VoIP numbers used in multiple unrelated fraud schemes.

These numbers are not tied to any registered broker.

6. License verification for SRO-CAPITAL.COM

FCA (UK):

https://register.fca.org.uk/s/
→ No results

CySEC (Cyprus):

https://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/entities/investment-firms/cypriot/
→ No match

BaFin (Germany):

https://www.bafin.de/EN
→ Not licensed

ASIC (Australia):

https://connectonline.asic.gov.au
→ Not present

NFA/CFTC (USA):

https://www.nfa.futures.org/
→ Not registered

Conclusion:
Sro-capital.com is an unlicensed, illegal broker operating without any regulatory oversight.
Funds sent to such entities are unprotected and unrecoverable.

7. Why SRO-CAPITAL.COM is a typical beginner-targeted scam

The entire site is a compilation of:

  • stolen offices,
  • stolen brands,
  • fake phone numbers,
  • random European addresses,
  • Russian-language onboarding scripts,
  • zero regulatory compliance.

This is not a financial service.
It is a training-level scam, designed to recruit inexperienced people through:

  • “free trading courses”,
  • “career development programs”,
  • “become a trader in 2 weeks”,
  • and “start with a small deposit to activate your training account”.

After the first payment, the victim is squeezed for more.

8. How the SRO-CAPITAL.COM scam actually works

Step 1 — Cold call / Telegram outreach

“You requested information about forex investments…”
(You didn’t.)

Step 2 — Registration + passport request

They insist on identity documents immediately.

Step 3 — Fake trading platform

Charts are manipulated to show guaranteed profits.

Step 4 — Deposit requirement ($250–$500)

This money is never invested.

Step 5 — Extortion via fake fees

  • “insurance fee”
  • “tax clearance”
  • “withdrawal commission”
  • “negative balance protection”
  • “AML procedure”

Step 6 — Blocking the victim

No withdrawals. No returns. Complete silence.

9. VERDICT

SRO-CAPITAL.COM is a fraudulent, clone-firm investment scam designed to impersonate real brokers and steal deposits.

Every red flag is confirmed:

  • domain less than a month old,
  • no legal entity behind the site,
  • stolen addresses and brand names,
  • virtual scam call-center numbers,
  • full impersonation of FxPro/FX Capital,
  • zero regulatory authorization.

❗ Do NOT register

❗ Do NOT deposit

❗ Do NOT send documents

❗ Block all contact immediately

  • Digital fraud has become a real epidemic in the 21st century. People don’t check documents, they believe pretty websites and promises of 100% profit. Financial literacy needs to be taught in schools.

  • PEOPLE! If they offer to take money in crypto (USDT, Bitcoin)—RUN! Crypto payments cannot be reversed or disputed with the bank. This is the #1 sign of a scam

  • Check the domain age via Whois. If the site is 2 weeks old but they say ‘We are market leaders since 2010’—it’s obvious

  • Their trading platform is rigged. I compared the charts with real market data, and the prices here are manipulated to hit your stop-losses. Do not trust them

  • Everything went smooth until I tried to withdraw my profits. Suddenly, my account was flagged for ‘suspicious activity’ and support stopped replying. Stay away from this broker!
